Real World Training
For operatives to get the best from the equipment, only the "real world" will do. Meltrace only undertakes training in the environment where the equipment and operatives are likely to find themselves without using unrealistic, simulated sites. The users should always be trained using the equipment in the real world or as close to the real workplace as possible.
The Importance Of Genny Use
Meltrace ensures that operatives understand the importance of always using the Genny, including using Utility Surveying techniques & myth busting.
HSG47
All operatives will learn about the importance of compliance with HSG47 and can complete a written assessment showing learned understanding.
Qualifications
Through partner companies, Meltrace can provide operatives with QCF qualifications & CITB grant funded courses.
